Pricing questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Billing page. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle — there's no mid-cycle proration.
What payment methods do you accept?
Your NimoBooking subscription is billed monthly through PayPal. (Any booking deposits you collect from your own customers are handled separately via Stripe.)
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No long-term contract — it's month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period.
Can clients fill in forms before or after an appointment?
Yes. Forms can be used for pre-appointment intake, in-store completion, or post-appointment follow-up, depending on how the business wants to collect information.
What kind of forms can I create?
You can create practical client forms for intake, consultation, consent, preferences, service notes, or follow-up feedback. For most service businesses, the best forms are short, mobile-friendly, and focused on the information staff actually need.
What is the File Library for?
The File Library is a central place to store the digital assets your business relies on — things like website images, logos, EDM assets, branded documents, and other critical files that need to stay organised and easy to reuse.
How does the feedback feature work?
After each appointment, NimoBooking asks clients how the visit could have been better, then follows up two days later with a Google review request for happy clients. Negative experiences are highlighted inside the app so the business can respond quickly and recover the relationship.
Does the feedback flow ask every client for a review?
Yes. Every client is asked for feedback; the difference is that Nimo asked what you could do better immediately after the appointment. This gives you a chance to respond to anything that needs improvement. Days later, every client is asked to leave a Google review.
Will adding forms or feedback slow down the booking flow?
No, not if it’s designed well. Best practice is to keep the booking flow simple, then use a follow-up form or a reminder-based form request when more detail is needed.
Can I switch from another app?
Yes. A sensible switch usually starts with bookings and forms, then layers in waitlists, file organisation, and feedback once the team is comfortable.[
